We’re lucky enough to have had two shoots with Jemma, one maternity shoot and a sitter session. We are over the moon with the images she produced for us of our little boy. They are beautiful and we will cherish them forever.
A sitter session is a milestone session in a baby’s first year. The session takes place when your baby can sit completely unaided but before they can crawl or walk. Every baby develops differently but a sitter session is usually scheduled when a baby is around 6 to 9 months old. Babies are very interactive at this age and are full of genuine expressions. They smile easily, they giggle and stranger danger usually hasn't kicked in. This is my favourite age group to photograph because you can create some stunning timeless portraits whilst getting away with being silly and acting like a child again!BOOK NOW
All sessions take place in my beautiful studio in Brockhampton, Herefordshire. There is plenty of free parking and I provide tea, coffee, cold drinks and even biscuits!
My sessions are done in my studio at a very relaxed pace, completely baby led. I have 3 of my own children so connecting with your little one is second nature. You are most welcome to look through my sitter outfits and have up to 2 wardrobe changes during your time with me. Light refreshments are provided but I recommend bringing snacks and milk for your little ones incase they get peckish.
I advise to book a few months ahead. Even though I can sometimes accept late bookings, I am often fully booked a few months in advance.
After your session I will process and professionally hand re-touch your images to the highest standards. You will then be invited back to your viewing and ordering appointment where you will be able to select your chosen products. My catalogue of products is extensive and available for every budget.
I would love to work with you and your family and if you would like to enquire about available dates or discuss any details please contact me via the form below. Please also leave your telephone number as sometimes my emails don't get to the right place. Jemma x
